Postage & Handling

Online orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after the order has been placed. Your order will be sent through Australia Post. Once your Dinoplanter is on it’s way you’ll be sent a tracking number.

The standard postage & handling cost does not include registered post. If you require a signature on delivery, please add this to your order, it is the last product listed on the online shop. Signature on Delivery is an extra $2.95.

Dinoplanters will not be held responsible for missing mail items unless a signature on delivery has been purchased. In the event of disputed delivery for a signature item, we will assist customers to pursue the matter with Australia Post.

Due to Dinoplanters currently being sent from rural NSW, express shipping is not available. If you require your Dinoplanter urgently please get in touch by filling out the Contact page before processing an order and we will see what we can do.

Orders will be sent to the ‘Shipping Address’ listed on your order. If this is incorrect and your order returns and needs to be sent again you’ll be required to pay postage again.

Returns

Dinoplanters are custom made to order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. If you are unsure about the colour, size, or any other details regarding Dinoplanters, please get in touch through the Contact page.

As mentioned in the FAQ Dinoplanters are not toys and therefore can not be returned or a refund given if damage is believed to have been caused by handling other than as an ornamental planter.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as your order arrives so we can discuss it. We are always happy to help.
